以云南盾叶薯蓣为实验材料 ,从发酵时间、水解时间、抽提物的 p H值、回流速度对盾叶薯蓣皂甙元提取率的影响进行了研究。结果表明 :发酵 4 8h、水解 4 h、抽提物 p H值为近中性、回流速度为 2 5min/次 ,可获得最佳提取率。

The technological process consists of such procedures as fermentation, hydrolysis, regulation of extract pH value, and control of backflow velocity. Experiments show that the optimal technology for diosgenin extraction is under the condition of 48 hours of fermentation, 4 hours of hydrolysis, near neutral pH value, and 25 minutes for each backflow operation.
