Quick and Non-destructive Identification of Traditional Chinese Herbs(rhubarb) by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Fourier Transform Raman Spectroscopy
Four species of rhubarb from different growing areas are directly discriminated by means of Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and VF-Raman spectroscopy. The tiny, delicate varied chemical components of different raw Chinese herbs lead to different characters in vibration frequency of IR and Raman functional groups.
