The safety concentration of several components in natural drugs on chick embryo fibroblast was studied by tissue culture. These drugs and components were respectively the polysaccharides in Radix isatidis, angelicae sinensis, astragali,epimedium and propolis, the flavones in Radix astragali, epimedium and propolis, the saponins in Radix ginseng and astragali.
