Gemini bisquaternary cationic surfactants with ester bond(1～5)were synthesized by using octyl chloracetate,dodecyl chloracetate,tetradecyl chloracetate and tetramethyl ethylenediamine as raw materals.The molecular structures of the surfactants(Ⅰ～Ⅲ)were characterized by IR.The γ cmc of them were 27 31,33 73 and 34 01(mN/m),respectively,and the cmc of them were5 01×10 -3 ,3 98×10 -3 and 3 16×10 -3 (mol/dm 3 ) respectively.
