In order to solve the difficulty of th e optimum selection of forecasting m odels,on the basis of concept of the grey relational grade analysis,this paper presen ts a comprehensive appraisal of optimization to the forecasting mod els.With the application in the powe r net of Bei-jing-Tianjin-Tangshan region,it i s indicated that the model presents b etter self-adaptability and accura cy in forecasting.
