In 1996 and 1999, the seedling period of wheat was in drought and the rainfall of middle-late period was normal. In the whole growth period, the rainfall only was respectively 67% and 68.7% of average rainfall in past several years, but the wheat yield was increased 23.07% and 15.6% more that the average yield last six years respectively, so less rainfall in seedling period of wheat won't decrease the wheat yield.
