Based on the pollen assemblage of the Yihai bog, Sichuan Province, Paleovegetation and paleoenvironmental variations in Anning River Valley since Holocene were discussed in this paper. In this area, Megathermal began at about 8.8KaBP indicated by continuously emerging pollen of Fagaceae, and ended around 2.6KaBP.
