The progress of grape transformation in the kind of target gene,the transformation technology,the regeneration system,selecting and testing was reviewed in this paper.Compared with other plants,species of the genus Vitis are more difficult to transform,only a few transgenosis grape were obtained.The crucial reasons are that the regeneration rate is very low and grape tissue is very susceptible to Kanamycin.\;
