A high performance liquid chromatographic method was reported for the quantitative determination of residues of dimetridazole in broiler chicken muscles, fats, livers and kidneies. Recoveries of dimetridazole added to blank chicken tissues at levels of 0.04, 0.40, 2.00 mg/kg were between 75.0%~96.1%, RSD were all lower than 10%.
