The major cause for the existence of the principle- agency problems in China' s foreign- trade system is the approbation institution of the executive power of foreign business. Under this institution,Non- standard principle- agency will bring harm to both the interest of the principal and the interest of the agent. To optimize the institution environment of foreign trade and establish a sound principle- agency operation mechanism will help us solve China' s principle- agency problems.
