This paper reports the interaction of acid magenta with bevine serum albumin(BSA). It is considered that the combination of BSA with acid magenta is due to static electricity forees. The interaction is in accord with model of phase distribution. The affect of experiment conditions to apparent binding constant Kc, binding numbers n, Sandell constant is discussed.
