Glucose biosensor has been developed by using bovine serum albumin(BSA) and glutaraldehyde as a cross linker to immobilize glucose oxidase on the glassy carbon electrode surface modified by benzoquinone in polyvinyl chloride(PVC) membrane. The linear response range is 5.0×10 -4 -1.1×10 -2 mol·L -1 , and the time of response takes 3 min. Ninteen kinds of chemical compounds such as sucrose, urea and amino acid haven't interfered, and the useful lifetime of the biosensor is at least 20 d.
