选用黄芪 ,蒲公英 ,当归及益母草等中草药组成方 1 ,选用黄芪 ,当归 ,蒲公英及王不留行等中草药组成方 2 ,经水煎过滤及浓缩 ,制成灌服液 ,分高量组 ( 1 m L/只·d)及低量组 ( 0 .5 m L /只· d)胃管灌服小鼠 ,另设相应对照组 ,测定小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬力的变化。结果表明 ,方 1低量组及高量组、方 2低量组及高量组 Mφ吞噬力均极显著的高于对照组。

Astragali Radix,Taraxaci Herba cum Radice,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Leonuri Radix and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix were selected and composed into prescription 1 and 2,and were make into fill liquid via decocting and filtration and concentrating.They were administered orally to mouse according to high amount group (1 mL/d) and low amount group (0.5 mL/d),respectively.The phagocytosis of macrophage was determined.The result indicates that the phagocytosis of macrophage of every testing group was distinctively ...
