This paper reports the study on the effects of three factors (Concentration of NaOH ,time of NaOH treatment, and temprature of NaOH treatment) in preparation of chitos. According to D approximate design experimental method, we have proposed the technological condition for preparation of unprotein chitosan with the degree of deacetylation of chitosan as the main property index.
