Objective: To provide evidence and method for evaluating the quality of Seme sojae preparatum (SSP). Methods: Contents of the isoflavones (genistein and daidzein) in SSP was measured by HPLC [ a column of YWGC 18 , methanol∶water∶acetic acid (10∶10∶1) as a mobile phase, detective wave 260 nm].
