Objective: To establish a new method to identify original fungi of Chinese traditional medicine: Hongqu . Methods: The capillary zone electrophoresis method was used. The buffer used for protein separation was 20 mmol/L borate of pH 9.11. Proteins were monitored at 214 nm, voltage at 20 kV and pressure injection 5 s.
