OBJECTIVE:To study isoflavonoid constituents of roots of Qin mountain Tai Bai Pueraria Lobata. METHODS:Isoflavonoid compounds were separated by means of cool methanol extraction and chromatography on silica gel.Its structure were determind by physical,chemical and spectral data.RESULTS:Six isoflavonoid compounds were isolated from methanol and identified as (1) Dormononetin,(2)Daidzein,(3)3 methoxy puerarin,(4)8 C apiosyl(1→6)glucoside of daidzein,(5) Daidzin and (6) Puerarin.CONCLUSION:Compoumd (1),...
