In the present study,esterase isozyme of 29 strains and different subcultures(1st and 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,and 40th) of 2 strains of Beauveria bassiana were studied and their LT_(50)'s were determined by a bioassay with larvae of the Masson's pine caterpillar,Dendrolimus punctatus.The results showed that the esterase activity changed obviously after subculturing.The change occured with correspondence to the change of their virulence to the caterpillars.The difference of zymograms of different strains was ass...
