To overcome the learning algorithm's defects of feedforward neural networks,this paper proposed a new fast learning algorithm of feedforward neural networks,,the algorithm dispart the training process into two phases.First adapt steepest descent algorithm to approach best point,then change gradient descent algorithm to quicken speed.simulation results indicate that the proposed method is an efficient and fast algorithm.
