Objective:To optimize the extracting process of chlorogenica-cid in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.Methods:The optimum extracting process was investigated by orthogonal design.The index was the yielding content of chlorgenica-cid in which were determind by HPLC;Results:The optimized exracting process was as follow,concentration of alcohol was 65%、time of soaking was 0.5h、time of extracting was 1.0h、times of extracting was 3 times.Conclusion:The optimized process is simple and feasible.
