Objective:To establish a method for the quantitative determination of ferulic acid in Malvae fructus. Methods:HPLC was carried out on C18 ODS column(200mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol—5% acetic acid(30:70) as mobile phase, speed was 1mL/min.The detection wavelength was 320nm. Results:The method had good linear relationship during 2.01~16.08μg/mL , r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.06% and RSD was 1.47%(n=5).
