In this study,we screen out 480 lipase producing bacteria from 46 soils, in which NJY-1' s enzyme activity is 6700IU/mL.To further enhance the NJY-1 enzyme activity we apply to clone and express the gene of NJY-1.Using RT-PCR amplification Aspergillus niger lipase NJY-1 gene,the gene contains 1044 nucleotides and encoding 348 amino acids.
