Tea flowers contain many inner compositions that have a great developmental value and economic benefits, but it often were discarded as the by-product of tea. This article sum up the nutrient and functional components of tea flowers and the status of its development, and advance the developmental direction of tea flowers industry in future as well as a number of problems in the study now.
