<正>A novel solid lubricating film,its molecular formula is Fe(PO_4)(CH_2)_7CH_3,has been prepared by 2-hydrogen octane alkyl phosphate reacting on the surface of steel at 40℃and PH=3.When it is applied in the field of bearing manufacture,an outstanding production has been obtained.The result of experiment shows that the bearing,wrapped by the solid lubricating films of ferrous alkyl phosphate Fe(PO_4)(CH_2)_7CH_3,has longer fatigue life than that wrapped by conventional phosphide films,Fe_4(P_2O_7)_3 films....
