The thin-layer chromatography(TLC) and extraction,separation,purification of γ-aminobutyric acid of GABA tea were studied in this paper, the results show that:l-butanol:acetic acid:water(4:1:1)is suited for the separation of γ-aminobutyric acid,Rf is 0.46.The scanning wave lengths are λS=515nm,λR=680nm ,the linearity range is 0.5μL~15μL,and the average recovery rate is 98.75%.Water extraction is proved to be better than alcohol extraction with 20% higher γ-aminobutyric acid content.The maximum static adsorp...
