The traditional schedulers for telecom device redundancy need to be updated,for it's short of considering about the fully us- age of modem chips and supporting for more integrated telecom services.This paper tries to provide a new way for device redundancy developing,which integrates modem chi Pfeatures,modem telecom protocol characters and also with parallel idea from modem soft- ware designing.The new scheduler idea is also trying to support a flexible pattern for general telecom device redundancy modes.
