A stochastic economic model was founded here,we used quasi non-integrable Hamiltonian stochastic average method and considered two kinds of stochastic excitation,we got the condition of the model's stability according to Oseledec mutiplicative ergodic theory and singular boundary character.We also analyzed the influence of different excitation on stability.
