The applications of uitrafiltration in marine active polysaccharides from marine animals,marine plants, and marine microorganisms were reviewed in this paper.It was also pointed that ultrafiltraion had a high recovery rate,not so easy to damage the bioactivity of polysaccharides,low energy consuming,and was suitable to industrial production of polysaccharides.In the end,its prospect of application was forecasted.
