本文利用 HVL 方程,建立起简化的毛细管区带电泳数学模型。在 Bor- land Delphi 7编译环境下,设计和实现与上述模型对应的计算机模拟软件。该软件根据用户输入的物质参数以及系统参数,计算出背景缓冲液的 pH、离子强度、电导率和电阻等参数,同时计算出分析物的有效淌度、扩散系数和各价态离子的浓度等参数。然后利用一定的算法输出物质的动态分离过程。最后通过实验得出实际的电泳图谱,并和计算机模拟的结果进行比较,来验证软件的可靠性与准确性。
