在680℃~730℃的相对较低的温度下,采用简易的旋涂法等工艺制备了钛基纳米金刚石涂层的场发射阴极,场致发射特性实验表明,可以实现稳定的场致电子发射,样品的阈值场强为6.3V/μm,场发射电流密度在21V/μm场强下可达到60.7μA/cm~2,将制备的场发射阴极应用到 FED 中,设计了以 89S51单片机为控制核心的逻辑电路和以高压驱动芯片 IR2113与高压 MOS 管为主的高压驱动电路, 仿真波形良好。采用汇编语言编写了控制驱动程序,在16×16矩阵选址的金刚石涂层的场发射平板显示器上实现了简单图形和字符的动态显示。为大屏幕场发射平板显示器驱动电路的设计提供了一定的理论基础。
