The polysaccharopeptide of Coriolus versicolor (PSP) was separated by using gel permeation HPLC (HP-GPC) and DEAE anion ion exchange chromatography, respectively. The protein and polysaccharide were monitored with a RI and a UV detector, or phenol-sulfuric and lowry-Folin method, respectively.
