In this paper, chitosan(CTS), Konjac glucomannan (KGM), and konjac oligosaccharides(KOS) was modified by phosphorylation, sulfation and selenium through dry-heating in the presence of glucose 6-phosphate、sodium pyrophosphate tetrabasic decahydrate、sodium pisulfate and selenius acid, respectively.
