With abstract and generalization, law principles, reflect the spirit and value orientation of law. In our country's judicial practices, there have different opinions regarding the principle judgments. This paper choose the classical cases for examples in the bulletin of Supreme Court, mainly discusses the current situation of the application of legal principles, give the reasons of current plight of the judgment principles, and give my own ways of them.
