本研究从生物学和生理学的层次上在室内测定了阿维菌素、哒螨灵和螺螨酯三种杀螨剂对土耳其斯坦叶螨Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov et Nikolski实验种群的亚致死效应及解毒酶的影响。主要结果如下:
(1)用阿维菌素、哒螨灵和螺螨酯亚致死浓度处理土耳其斯坦叶螨成螨和卵,结果发现种群的发育历期显著延长,但三种不同药剂对发育历期的影响也存在差异。
(2)通过用阿维菌素、哒螨灵和螺螨酯亚致死浓度LCl0和LC20处理土耳其斯坦叶螨的成螨后发现,土耳其斯坦叶螨平均产卵量均低于对照。
(3)特定年龄生命表显示,三种杀螨剂亚致死浓度处理土耳其斯坦叶螨后,种群趋势指数降低,其中阿维菌素LCl0处理为0.91,种群发展趋势为抑制,阿维菌素LC20处理和哒螨灵LC10、LC20处理趋势指数均大于1,种群有缓慢的发展趋势。
(4)阿维菌素、哒螨灵和螺螨酯亚致死浓度LC1o和LC20处理土耳其斯坦叶螨成螨和卵后对土耳其斯坦叶螨实验种群生命表参数的影响,结果如下:种群净生殖率和内禀增长率都降低,阿维菌素处理内禀增长率低于哒螨灵和螺螨酯处理,说明三种药剂亚致死浓度能有效抑制土耳...

In laboratory, we studied the sublethal effects and detoxification of Tetranychus turkestani's experimental population were determined by abamectin, pyridaben and spirodiclofen in the biological and physiological level.The main results are as follows:
