Using Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Stepwise regression Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis, 20 male and female clones cultivation excellent varieties of Ginkgo Bilobai in Shaanxi were collected to do study of Ginkgo Biloba medicinal ingredients flavonoids and ginkgolides Variation Pattern ,to supply the theoretical basis for the selection purpose of ginkgo varieties in medicine,which also had certain directive significance.
