本研究以小麦豫麦57(父本)和花培3号(母本)培育的双单倍体(doubled haploid,DH)群体为材料,研究了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量(grain protein content,GPC)的累积规律,并对影响其发育的QTL进行了动态分析;同时研究了不同灌溉条件对收获期籽粒蛋白质含量的影响规律,并进行QTL分析,探讨了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量受不同灌溉条件影响的分子遗传机理。主要研究结果如下:
1、对6个环境下小麦籽粒蛋白质含量积累动态的分析表明,亲本及DH群体的籽粒蛋白质含量在灌浆过程中均呈出“高-低-高”的趋势,且均在花后22 d达“低谷”。各测定时期,DH群体内各株系籽粒蛋白质含量的表型变幅较大,表现出典型的数量性状的遗传特点,符合QTL作图需要。
2、籽粒灌浆过程中5个取样期共检测到显著影响小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的9个非条件加性QTL,分别位于1D、2B、3A、4A、4B、5A、5D和7D染色体上。其中,Gpc3A在籽粒灌浆的5个时期都能检测到,贡献率最高的时可达14.79%,为主效QTL。QGpc4A对籽粒蛋白质的前期积累有重要作用,QGpc1D和QGpc4A-1对灌浆后期籽粒蛋白质的合成...
