本研究以农桑12号、昂绿1号、湖桑32号、鲁插1号、昌盛、桂桑优12号6个桑树(Morus alba L.)品种一年生嫁接苗为材料。研究它们对盐胁迫的生理生化反应,以了解它们的耐盐机制。采用完全随机区组试验,分对照0%(CK)、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、4个不同含盐量土壤梯度水平,每7天测定一次。6月12日、6月19日、6月26日、7月3日和7月10日对胁迫症状、细胞膜透性、MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、SOD、叶绿素等指标进行了测定,破坏取样后对Na~+、K~+、Cl~-离子含量和根系活力进行了测定。并运用多重比较、相关分析、模糊数学隶属函数等数学方法进行综合评价了6个品种的抗盐能力大小。研究桑树各品种在盐胁迫下的反应特性并初步探讨木本植物的抗盐机理。
