The main load-bearing of lower limb is femur, the study of femur is of great help for fracture of femur, replacement of artificial femoral head prosthesis. We build the modeling of femur and Auto-Compress Locking nail of stresses control(SCALN),and make biomechanical properties by finite element analysis.
