柿(Diospyros kaki Thunb.)系柿树科(Ebenaceae)柿属(Diospyros L.)植物,中国柿子资源十分丰富,品种有1000多个(杨勇和唐志鹏2005)。这些丰富的资源为柿属植物的遗传改良和新品种培育提供了丰富的材料。但由于受研究手段和条件的限制,对柿种质资源还缺乏深人、全面的研究和了解。我国现有的很多资源的遗传背景都不清楚,为了更好的研究和利用这些资源,就得开发出进行种质分析的有效工具(阮小凤2005)。
