Capparis spinosa L. was investigated in this thesis. The content, extraction and antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in Capparis spinosa L. buds were studied. At the same time, isolation and purification of total flavonoids in Capparis spinosa L. buds were also studied and a flavonoid compound was identified. The results were described as follows:
