Isolation and Purification of Flavonoids and Antimicrobial Activities from Leaves of Capparis Spinosa L. and Analysis of Hemical Components of Vilatilo Oils
In this study, flavonoids from leaves of Capparis spinosa L. were firstly extracted by conventional extraction and such newly emerging methods as microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Through comparision of different methods and experimental designs as well as analyses of experimental data,an optimal condition for extraction was worked out.Then the flavonoid extracts were further separated and analyzed.
