氨及氨的加工产品在农业、塑料、医药、炸药、冶金、环保、化肥等工业中有着重要的作用。自从1904年人类首次于分散的铁介质上实现了氨的合成,世界各国就从未停止过对合成氨催化剂的研究与开发。已经工业化的以活性碳为载体的钌基催化剂具有碳易甲烷化而流失的问题,因此需要研发其他稳定的载体。
由于氧化镁和氧化铝具有化学性质稳定、机械强度高,容易成型等优点,本文分别以氧化镁、氧化铝为载体,RuCl_3·nH_2O为母体,K、Ba为助剂,制备了一系列单促进或双促进的钉催化剂。在2.0 MPa或5.0 MPa下对所制备的催化剂进行了活性评价,并对Ru催化剂进行了相关的性质表征,结果表明:
