This study is mainly on the chemical constituents of Astragalus membranac eus Bunge by means of extraction and separation.Quantitative analysis of main chemical compositions in A.membranaceus had been carried out by HPLC-PDA D-ELSD technique.At the same time,extraction process of astragaloside IV was also discussed.
