Supperalloy is widely used in aerospace industry due to their excellent mechanical properties. Because of their little thermal conductivity, big friction coefficient and so on, the problems occur in the course of milling such as high cutting temperature, large unit force and serious tool wear, causing their production efficiency influenced. During high speed milling the Ni-based Supperalloy GH4169, the cutting temperature was studied systematically in this paper.
