本研究以“金红”苹果为试材,研究了不同采收期和贮藏方式对“金红”苹果贮藏品质的影响,为“金红”苹果贮藏保鲜提供理论和实践依据。研究结果表明:
1.在吉林地区,“金红”苹果适宜的采收期为8月末9月初。此期,果实的硬度约为11.00 kg cm-2,可溶性固形物含量约为12.40%,可滴定酸含量约为0.76%。果实冷藏100 d后,仍能保持硬度达7.90 kg cm-2,可溶性固形物含量达11.30%,可滴定酸含量达0.50%,Vc含量达5.07 mg 100g-1 FW-1,失重率4.70%,而且果实外观新鲜,腐烂率仅为0.50%。
2.窖藏条件下(15-0℃),0.05 mm薄膜密封包装、加乙烯吸收剂处理效果最好(处理Ⅰ);其次是0.05 mm薄膜密封包装、未加乙烯吸收剂处理(处理Ⅱ);0.07 mm薄膜密封包装处理(处理Ⅴ、Ⅵ)有部分果实产生褐变和酒味,贮藏效果最差;挽口处理(处理Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ)贮藏效果居中。贮藏结束时,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ硬度分别为7.40 kg cm-2、7.00 kg cm-2,可溶性固形物含量分别达11.40%、11.20%,可滴定酸含量达0.46%、0.43...
