目的:观察窦房结功能障碍(sinus node dysfunction,SND)时心房电生理及房室结电生理的改变,并结合窦性心率震荡(heart rate turbulence,HRT)探讨SND时自主神经功能的变化,及自主神经在SND自然发展进程中的临床意义。
方法:30只健康成年大耳白兔,麻醉后固定,从胸骨正中偏右2~3mm纵行开胸,暴露心脏,用棉签蘸20%的甲醛湿敷窦房结区,建立窦房结功能障碍模型。观测心率及心律的变化;观测窦性心率震荡的相关参数震荡初始(turbulence onset,TO)、震荡斜率(turbulence slope,TS)的变化;用S1S2扫描刺激法测定造模前、造模后0h、造模后1h、造模后2h、造模后4h的心房有效不应期(atrial effective refractory period,AERP)、房室结有效不应期(atrioventricular node effective refractory period,AVNERP)、频率自适应性(effective refractory period adaptation to rate,...
