Oleanolic in Fructus ligustri lucidi were identified by TLC with spot clear and reproducible. Quantitative assays were performed on the active components of Oleanolic by HPLC. Active components had good linearity with the range of 1.6 μg~9.6μg (r=0.9997). And the average recoveries of them were 99.0%(RSD=0.926%). The two methods can be used for the quality control.
