Apple-pear, Shenbuzhi, Chaoxianyangli andYanbianxiehuatian are produced in Yanbian area, Jilin province, which have improved quality and become rare local improved varieties of pears in the North. But the origin and genetic relationship of these varieties are not clear to date.
