黄酮类化合物(Flavonoids)是高等植物中一类重要的次生代谢产物,具有广泛的药理活性,许多中草药如葛根、黄芩、银杏叶和野菊花等,其发挥药理作用的主要有效成分是黄酮类化合物。植物黄酮研究热点之一是其显著的抗氧化和清除体内自由基作用,即大多数植物黄酮对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)有较好的防治作用。通过对中药桑枝有效成份的动物降血糖药效学试验,期望为推动单味中药降糖药理的研究探索一条有效途径。
研究比较了桑树中三种中药桑白皮、桑叶、桑枝和桑皮对STZ 高血糖小鼠的降血糖百分率,结果表明,中药桑枝的降糖效果最为明显,其下降百分率为64.09%,接近阳性对照组(格列本脲)69.88%的水平。以芦丁为对照品,运用正交设计试验及分光光度法,对桑枝总黄酮(the total flavonoids from Ramulus Mori,RMTF)的提取工艺、含量测定进行了探索;然后,采用植物化学方法提取并定性检测桑枝总黄酮,进而开展动物降血糖药理试验。
