本文以褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivacsus Temminck et Schlegel)为对象,分别以中国威海(W)、日本鸟取(J)和韩国丽水(K)野生群体及中国荣成养殖群体(C)为材料,采用RAPD和ISSR技术对野生群体(W)和养殖群体(C)的遗传多样性研究进行了比较分析;利用ISSR技术对W、J和K三个野生群体的遗传结构和遗传多样性进行了研究;用ISSR技术对育种群体中单对交配后代的大型个体和小型个体进行对比分析。主要实验结果如下:
